1. General Information

Grace Lodging is a guest accommodation facility located in Lesotho, offering 13 rooms for short-term stays. By making a reservation or staying at Grace Lodging, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact details.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards (subject to availability).

 

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

Check-out time: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit (if applicable).

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.

 

5. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Grace Lodging is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables.

Any damage to property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's account.

No illegal activities, loud disturbances, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will be tolerated.

 

6. Room Occupancy

Each room is limited to the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

Additional guests must be declared and may be subject to an extra charge.

 

7. Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed in guest rooms and public areas. Unruly behavior under the influence will not be tolerated.

 

8. Children and Pets

Children are welcome. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of minors at all times.

Pets are allowed only with prior arrangement and may be subject to specific rules or fees.

 

9. Internet and Amenities

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guest use. Grace Lodging is not liable for internet disruptions or limitations.

Use of amenities (e.g., lounge, kitchen, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.

 

10. Force Majeure

Grace Lodging shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or political unrest.

 

11. Right to Refuse Service

Grace Lodging reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms, causes damage to property, or disrupts the peace of the lodging.

 

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
